Mr. Bills has been the Vice President and COO of Summit Group Incorporated (SGI), a premier owner and manager of quality upscale lodging properties, since June 2001.
SGI owns more than 60 limited service hotels across the United States.
Mr. Bills has a background in finance, sales, sales management, and general management.
In addition to managing day-to-day operations of SGI, Mr. Bill's responsibilities include acquisitions and working with and identifying equity partners.
Prior to joining SGI, Mr. Bills was the General Manager and Executive Vice President of US Bancorp Healthcare Finance, formerly Secured Funding.
He served as Secured Funding's Director of Sales at its point of inception and later was promoted to the position of General Manager.
He started his career with Schwan's Sales Enterprises as a Regional Sales Manager.
Mr. Bills graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a B.A.
in Finance.
