Mr. Lin has had over ten yaers on hands-on-experience in IC manufacturing, system design and marketing activities; and the technical and mrketing aspects in the semiconductors, communication and computers industry.
Since joining Concord in 1995, Mr. Chen has been responsible for identifying, negotiating, and executing more tha 80 high-tech invetsment projects.
This investment portfolio accrued realized, and unrealized profits of over US$ 500 million in 4 years.
Mr. Chen received a MBA degree from Santa Clara University, and a MSEE degree from University of Florida.
