Davies, CFA MBA, is a Chief Investment Officer at Shepherd Financial Partners LLC.
He heads the Investment Management team at Shepherd Financial Partners and focuses on developing investment strategies to align with each of our client’s unique needs and goals.
Based upon his extensive experience structuring equity portfolios for sophisticated clients, he leads the Firm’s Investment Committee.
He thinks of the capital markets from a macro-perspective, always mindful of maintaining the appropriate risk profile for our clients while providing valuable insights to the asset allocation and security selection process.
Mr. Brian Davies entered the investment management field in 1997, spending 5 years with Standish Mellon Asset Management and then serving as a Portfolio Manager and Analyst at Ironwood Investment Management, an equity- focused boutique investment firm for 15 years.
Mr. Davies is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is a member of the CFA Institute of Boston.
He holds both a BA and an MBA from Suffolk University.
