His responsibilities included presenting deals to potential clients, structuring transactions and coordinating rating agencies, legal, tax and accounting.
In addition, he was responsible for the marketing, pricing and closing of the transactions.
He also served on the New York trading desk of Nomura Securities International, Inc., where his responsibilities included working with rating agencies, bankers, traders and sales to structure CMBS transactions, as well as several other asset types.
He began his career in the Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group, working primarily in the CMBS and collateralized mortgage obligation arena.
Mr. Tageson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Arizona State University.
