Mr. O'Halloran joined the New York Corporate Finance business at TD in 1989 and has gained extensive origination and market experience during his career.
Prior to his current position, Mr. O'Halloran was Head of U.S.
Debt Capital Markets where he oversaw Loan Origination, Loan Sales & Trading, High Yield Origination and Fixed Income Origination & Distribution.
He has also served as Head of Global Loan Syndications, responsible for all syndicated loan underwritings for TD Securities worldwide.
Before joining TD Securities, Mr. O'Halloran worked at The First Boston Corporation.
Mr. O'Halloran values community involvement and he serves on the Canadian Association of New York Advisory Board and the Governing Board of the University Cottage Club of Princeton, and he is a Trustee for the INstitute of International Bankers.
Mr. O'Halloran is also active with The American Ireland Fund.
Mr. O'Halloran holds an A.B.
from Princeton University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.
