Mr. Bill Yancey is President & Chief Executive Officer at Penson Financial Services, Inc. He was named President and CEO of PFSI in 2005, is recognized as an innovator and leader in the securities industry.
He was chairman of the Security Traders Association in 2006, has chaired or participated in a number of STA and SIFMA committees, is an active member of the National Organization of Investment Professionals, serves on Nasdaq's Listings Panel and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School.
Prior to joining Penson, Mr. Yancey was President of Automated Trading Desk Brokerage Services, LLC, where he was responsible for proprietary trading as well as all sales and marketing.
Before joining ATD in 2003, he worked at Southwest Securities in Dallas, rising to Executive Vice President responsible for all principal and agency trading operations in his 13 years there.
