Prior to joining Delaware, he headed his own firm in Hermosa Beach, CA, which specialized in developing customized analytical solutions and software to investment managers.
Before founding Keelan Associates, he spent three years as a quantitative
analyst for Provident Investment Counsel in Pasadena, CA.
Before Provident, Mr. Keelan worked at Wilshire Associates, where he developed asset allocation and asset / liability simulation models.
He began his career at The Travelers in Hartford, CT doing actuarial work.
Currently, he works as a quantititive analyst and develops Delaware’s proprietary fixed income portfolio management program.
He has co-authored two papers on Asset Allocation.
Mr. Keelan earned his BS in Math and Computer Science from Providence College and his MA in Mathematics from Penn State University.
