Mr. Schottenstein joined Vintage Capital Management in 2008.
He began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Salomon Smith Barney / Citigroup Global Markets Inc., focusing on private equity capital raising and transaction advisory services.
He subsequently worked in the Asset Management & Investment Banking group in the New York offices of Cogent Partners, a secondary private equity focused investment bank, specializing in private equity fund analysis and structured alternative investment vehicles.
He also worked at Metropolitan Equity Partners, a New York based special situations and growth equity firm.
Mr. Schottenstein earned a B.S.E.
from Princeton University with Sigma Xi honors in Operations Research and Financial Engineering, and certificates of proficiency in Corporate Finance and Engineering & Management Systems.
He received his MBA from Columbia Business School.
Mr. Schottenstein is a holder of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
