Mr. Anthony Payne, CPA, is a Senior Managing Director at When2Trade Group LLC.

He began his career with the international accounting firm Price Waterhouse.
He worked with the large money center Bank, Manufacturers Hanover Corporation in New York and in 1991 he joined Hybridon, a start-up Biotech Company, as their first Chief Financial Officer.
He also co-founded Atlas BioResearch.
Mr. Payne has a First Class undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Physics, from the University of London, England.
He attended the University of Essex, England and obtained a postgraduate degree in computer science.
He is a Chartered and Certified Public Accountant.
