Mr. Wong joined ProQuest in 2004 as an associate.
His current responsibilities include identifying investment opportunities, conducting due diligence on prospective investments and participating in fundraising.
Prior to joining ProQuest in 2004, Mr. Wong held positions with Lehman Brothers in healthcare equity research and investment banking; with Dendreon Corporation, as senior analyst in business development; and with science/technology advisory firm LifeScience Economics, as senior research associate.
Most recently at Lehman Brothers, he served as a research analyst covering the life science tools and technology sector.
Mr. Wong built and maintained communication flow regarding covered companies with Lehman’s equity traders and institutional sales team, and was also responsible for integrated financial models.
As a Lehman Brothers investment banking associate, Mr. Wong was principally involved in evaluating and executing biotechnology, specialty pharmaceutical, and molecular diagnostic-related M&A and corporate financings.
Mr. Wong received his undergraduate degree, with honors, in Biology with a concentration in immunology from Occidental College and his MBA with majors in Finance and Healthcare Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania
