Andrew is a Partner and Head of Direct & Co-Investments at Base10 and was the first employee to join Ade & TJ shortly after they founded the firm in 2017.
Since joining Base10, Andrew has led operations, fundraising, investment execution, and finance.
Currently, he leads our growing direct & co-investment program, and manages Base10’s operational and finance teams while also working closely to support fundraising and investor relations.
Prior to joining Base10, Andrew was a hedge fund analyst at Watershed Asset Management and Spitfire Capital in San Francisco where he led investments into public equity and debt securities.
He started his career at Moelis & Company in investment banking in Los Angeles.
Andrew is an alumni of The University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
