Agusman Effendi is currently the President Commissioner at PT Indo.
Straits Tbk and the Head of Business Development Industry at Masyarakat Energi Indonesia.
Previously, he served as the Director of National Energy for the Government of Indonesia from 2009 to 2014.
He was also a Member of the National Energy Board from 2004 to 2007 and the Head of Interdepartmental Relations at the Indonesian Electrical Power Society from 2008 to 2011.
Additionally, Mr. Effendi held positions such as Vice President at Kadin Indonesia Foundation from 2004 to 2009, Head of Promotion & Marketing at the Football Association of Indonesia from 2006 to 2007, and Head of Industry, Mining, Oil & Gas at The Institution of Engineers Indonesia from 2006 to 2009.
He was a Member of the Dewan Energi Nasional from 2009 to 2014 and a Member of the Indonesia People's Consultative Assembly from 1999 to 2004.
Mr. Effendi obtained his undergraduate degree from Universitas Trisakti in 1984.
