Adrian is a founder of Qatalyst.
Adrian has 15 years investment banking experience.
He worked previously in Credit Suisse's technology investment banking group and before that as a corporate attorney specializing in mergers and securities law with Shearman & Sterling.
Adrian has extensive experience negotiating terms and transaction structures in technology merger transactions and has managed or participated in more than 100 merger & acquisition, public offering and private placement transactions.
His clients have included Alcatel, BrocadeBrocade, Data Domain, GE, Google, NetLogic and Novartis.
Adrian received an A.B.
and a J.D.
with High Honors from Duke University.
He sits on the Duke Law School Board of Visitors and is the former Vice President of the Board of Bay Area Community Resources, Inc., a $35 million social services agency.
He also serves as CoChair of the California Legal Services Trust Fund Commission and is a Trustee of Regis High School.
Adrian, his wife Anne and their three children reside in San Francisco.
