Bruxelles, le 10 janvier 2014 - Mobistar réorganise son Executive Committee en mettant davantage encore l'accent sur le client et le service. Cristina Zanchi, jusqu'à présent Chief Customer Relationship Officer, est désignée Chief Consumer Officer. Le conseil d'administration a, par ailleurs, nommé Alain Ovyn au poste de Chief Customer Service Officer. Tous deux auront pour mission d'améliorer encore la relation de Mobistar avec ses clients.
