Shareholding notification with reference to Transparency Law
Luxembourg, 10 June 2024 (14:30 CET) - Aperam announces that a shareholding notification is available in the Luxembourg Stock Exchange’s electronic database OAM on www.bourse.lu and on the company’s website under Investors, Equity Investors, Share Capital & Voting Rights. The notification is published in reference to the Luxembourg law and the Grand Ducal regulation of 11 January 2008, on transparency requirements for issuers of securities (“Transparency Law”).

Aperam S.A. est un groupe sidérurgique organisé autour de 4 pôles d'activités :
- production d'aciers inoxydables et d'aciers électriques (34,9% du CA) : produits plats et longs inoxydables, feuillards en inox de précision, produits ferritiques, recuits brillants, fils, aciers électriques à grains orientés et à grains non orientés, etc. ;
- transformation et distribution de produits d'aciers (32,9%) ;
- prestations de recyclage (19%). Par ailleurs, le groupe produit du charbon de bois ;
- production d'alliages de nickel et de produits spéciaux en acier inoxydable (13,2%).
Les produits du groupe sont essentiellement destinés aux secteurs de l'aérospatial, de l'automobile, de la restauration, de la construction, de l'électroménager et de l'ingénierie électrique.
La répartition géographique du CA est la suivante : Europe (60,1%), Amériques (31,1%), Asie et Afrique (8,8%).
