La société ABC participation et gestion, administrateur d'ABC arbitrage, a informé le mercredi 24 juin 2014 la société ABC arbitrage de la mise en oeuvre à compter du mardi 1er juillet 2014, d'un mandat de gestion programmée de cession d'actions, pris en application de la recommandation n°2010-07 de l'Autorité des Marchés Financiers.  
 
Le mandat de gestion a été signé le 26 mars 2014.
 
La société ABC participation et gestion a déclaré que ces cessions avaient pour objectif de répondre aux besoins de financement nécessaires au développement de ses propres activités. 
 
Pour rappel, au 23 mai 2014, date de l'assemblée générale de la société ABC arbitrage, la société ABC participation et gestion détenait 16,20% du capital.
