Prior to joining Hall Capital in 2007, Ms. Chiang spent seven years as a Vice President and Finance Manager at Union Bank of California in San Francisco where she oversaw the financial activities of the Bank's holding company and 20+ subsidiaries.
Previously, she has held the positions of Corporate Controller at Andre-Boudin Bakeries, Inc., Director of Accounting at ASI Corporation, Assistant Controller at Kraft Foodservice, Inc., Corporate Accounting Supervisor at Pillsbury Madison & Sutro, Senior Corporate Internal Auditor at Dole Packaged Foods Company, Senior Financial/Operational Auditor of Mervyn's (subsidiary of Target Corporation) and a Staff Internal Auditor at Standard Oil Company.
Ms. Chiang graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Hayward.
She is a Certified Public Accountant and completed the Ernst & Young training program.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
She earned a certificate of Completion in the Business of Banking Program from the American Bankers Association.
