Prior to joining Burlington, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Inculab, Inc., a venture capital firm focused on investing in and operating financial service and technology related companies.
Mr. Joyce spent two years teaching Economics with the Peace Corps and holds an MBA in International Finance from Thunderbird.
