Mr. Casalone provides JumpStart and several other external clients planning, design, and administration guidance for SalesForce.com and SharePoint.
Prior to starting full time, Casalone worked as an Operations Intern and Independent Consultant with JumpStart for over three years, assisting in the initial implementation of these systems, and performing maintenance, upgrades, and technical documentation for server, network, and telecommunications infrastructure.
He also spent time with JumpStart’s founding partner, NorTech, as a research intern.
Mr. Casalone received his BS degree in management from Case Western Reserve University, while serving as an AV Technician for the school’s MBA and executive leadership program.
