As an Executive Advisor to Blue Sea Capital, Jerry assists with the evaluation and management support of the firm’s aerospace & defense investments.
Tucker currently serves as CEO of Blue Sky Network, a pioneer in satellite tracking systems for fleet management, business continuity and operational analytics solutions, which serves commercial and government customers worldwide.
Previously, he served as Chief Commercial Officer of MRO Holdings and was co-owner and COO of Flightstar Aircraft Services, one of the leading airframe MROs in North America.
During that time, he executed three recapitalizations and was responsible for the operational and commercial strategies that developed into three operating companies aimed at delivering unparalleled safety, aircraft reliability and customer experience.
Before that, Tucker was a Managing Director of M&A for Headwaters MB and a private equity investor with Brockway Moran & Partners.
Tucker is married and enjoys spending time pursuing outdoor activities with his two children.
