Mr. Tony Penchuk is Operating Partner at Anvil Capital LLC and Chairman at Precision Manufacturing Group LLC.
Prior to joining Anvil, Mr. Penchuk was a Managing Director of The Courtney Group, where he was involved in both buyside and sellside activities of the firm.
Previously, he was a General partner at Charter Oak Capital Partners, where he was responsible for originating, structuring and monitoring six different portfolio investments, representing almost $100 million of deployed capital.
While at Charter Oak, he focused on companies in manufacturing, specialty metals, and specialty chemicals.
Before joining Charter Oak, he held various positions with The CIT Group, including team leader of the Chemicals, Plastics and Papers Group in the Industrial Finance Group.
Prior to his career in private equity, he worked in management and operations for fourteen years, with carious positions at Unilever Corporation and AMAX, Inc. His last position at AMAX was General Manager, where he had full responsibility for a division with $150 million in revenues.
Mr. Penchuk received an MBA from Columbia University, an MS in Chemistry from the University of Illinois, and a BS in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology.
