Prior to ACF, he was a senior banker with Wachovia Bank, where he managed, structured and closed more than $30 billion of commercial real estate finance transactions, including some of the highest profile transactions in the industry.
Prior to Wachovia, he held various positions in commercial real estate, including a role as a banker with Nomura Asset Capital Corporation in the late 1990s.
He serves on the board of the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut chapter of the Starlight Children's Foundation.
Mr. Fineman received a B.S.
in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and a J.D.
from the University of Florida.
