Prior to joining Inverness, Mr. Shang founded Caliburn Venture Advisors to consult to early stage technology companies.
Before Caliburn, he co-founded S&Y Connectors, an outsource wireless components manufacturing agent.
Mr. Shang worked with Salomon Smith Barney in the Electric Utility Finance Group where he structured fixed income products for project financings and federally subsidized electric generation and transmission facilities.
He also worked at Citigroup Investment Research.
Mr. Shang received his BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
