Mr. Boyack joined Post from Akanthos Capital Management, a capital structure arbitrage hedge fund firm, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer responsible for all financial, operational and regulatory matters for the firm and its investment products.
Prior to Akanthos, he worked in a similar capacity at Psetta Capital Management, a convertible arbitrage hedge fund manager.
Prior to that, Mr. Boyack was a senior manager in Ernst & Young's Financial Services Group in Los Angeles serving investment advisors, hedge funds and mutual funds.
Mr. Boyack is a graduate of Brigham Young University (B.S.
Accounting, magna cum laude, & Juris Doctor degrees) and Golden Gate University (LL.M.
in Business Taxation, with honors), and is a member of the State Bar of California.
