Mr. Strazzini manages the firm’s Specialty and Event-Driven Sales business, including all derivative sales and execution efforts, ETFs, and corporate action/special situation/risk arbitrage.
Prior to Pali, Tim was at Merrill Lynch for six years where he was the Head of Global Private Banking Equities and Derivatives.
While at Merrill Lynch, Tim sat on the boards and advisory committees for several U.S.
exchanges and regulatory bodies.
Tim joined Merrill from Susquehanna Investment Group (SIG), where he began his career in that firm’s options market making and derivatives research department.
During his six years at SIG, Tim went on to manage a team of professionals focused on special situation, event-driven research, and M&A for event-driven risk management.
Tim has also spent time working in TV as a core contributor to content and segment development for CNBC’s Fast Money, where he shared his extensive knowledge of markets, trading strategies, and risk
