Prior to attending business school, Mr. Wood served as an Analyst in the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch and at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin.
He earned a BS from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
