Ms. Terri A.

During her tenure there, she was responsible for all legal, compliance and corporate management aspects of the firm U.S.
operations.
She joined WestLB Mellon Asset Management in 2006 after working in the legal department of WestLB AG where she had primary legal responsibility for the bank asset management and broker-dealer activities.
Before working at WestLB AG, she was a Senior Associate at K&L Gates where she represented investment advisers and broker-dealers.
She began her career in 1997 at Rogers & Wells.
Ms. Liftin holds an A.B.
from Barnard College, an M.A.
in Economics from New York University, and a J.D.
from Brooklyn Law School.
