Scott McTague oversees the Assessment Solutions division of Batrus Hollweg International, which provides critical strategic tools used by leading companies to increase employee retention, productivity, profitability, and growth.
Scott joined BHI in 1991 and became a Vice President in 2001.
Scott’s expertise includes development, validation, and implementation of selection systems for small, mid-size, and large organizations, assessment of employee and management potential for a wide variety of industries, and development and implementation of organizational surveys.
Scott earned his M.S.
in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of North Texas and his B.A.
in Psychology from the University of Kansas.
His first book Hiring in Good Times and Bad: A Comprehensive Guide to Entry-Level Staffing is available through Greenwood Publishing.
