Susan (Sue) Carle, Vice President Human Resources and Corporate Law, was born and raised in Vancouver and Coquitlam.
She attended Simon Fraser University for 4 ½ years and in 1978 obtained a teaching degree.
Sue was an elementary school teacher in Port Alberni from 1978 to 1979.
She returned to the Lower Mainland in 1979, and spent some time as an Independent Adjuster in Vancouver.
Sue started her career with ICBC in September 1980 and held various positions within the Claims Division.
In 1990, Sue left the field and worked in Claims Operations Support and in 1992 she accepted a position within Human Resources Claims Training Department and eventually moved into the Management Education Services.
