Open Country Dairy Limited is a private company operating in New Zealand as a dairy ingredient manufacturer, producing a range of high quality milk products. Processing top quality milk from their suppliers, they provide a range of Milk Powders, Milk Proteins, Milk Fats and Cheeses that are used in a variety of applications including food, beverage and nutritional applications. Open Country was formed in 2001 to take advantage of opportunities within the New Zealand dairy industry that would arise following the passing of the Dairy Industry Restructuring Act (DIRA). The passing of the DIRA removed the single desk selling status of the NZ Dairy Board allowing independent dairy companies to produce and export New Zealand made dairy products.

Part of Talley's Group Ltd., Hall's Group Ltd. operates as refrigerator carriers. The company is based in Takanini, New Zealand. Hall's Group was acquired by Talley's Group Ltd. Michele Kernahan has been the CEO of the New Zealander company since 2019.
