He has over 30 years of experience in the credit markets.
Prior to Cross Ocean, Mr. Zander founded the European Special Situations business in 2012.
Prior to this he was a founding Senior Partner and CIO at Haymarket Financial (now HayFin) and before that as a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Global Loan and Special Situations Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he worked with Graham Goldsmith for seven years.
He completed his BSc Biological Sciences (Biotechnology), Birmingham University
