From 2004 to 2008, he was VP of Engineering for ASCO Valve, leading a team of 100 individuals in the US, Mexico, and India.

Prior to Brooks, he held technology leadership positions at Leeds & Northrup and at Westinghouse.
He has extensive experience in managing Global Engineering Programs, and holds six issued patents.
Mr. Glaudel holds a undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and Biosystems from Syracuse University in 1975 and an MBA in International Business from St. Joseph University in 2001.
