Mr. Cotsman has held the position of managing director/CEO, CBC Pension Plan since 1995.

Prior to managing the pension plan, Mr. Cotsman was vice-president, Finance and Administration (CFO) of the CBC for nine years.
Previous employment included seven years at the Federal Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and five years at Public Works Canada.
Mr. Cotsman has a BA-economics and a MBA-finance, both from the University of British Columbia.
