Shujong John Cheng joined Pericom Semiconductor Corp.
in August 2001 as Vice President of Operations.
From July 1999 to August 2001, he was Vice President of Operations for Payton Technology, Inc. and Vice President of Global Product and Test Engineering for Kingston Technology from March 1997 to July 1999.
Previously, Mr. Cheng was President of Evergreen Testing Services from June 1995 to March 1997 and Director of Manufacturing for Hyundai Electronics-America from April 1994 to June 1995.
He held various product and test engineering management positions at ESS Technology from 1993 to 1994, Cypress Semiconductor from 1989 to 1993, IDT from 1984 to 1989 and Atari from 1981 to 1984.
He received a BSEE degree from the Tatung Institute of Technology and an MSEE from Lamar University.
