Shiv brings to NVP India more than 17 years of investing and finance experience.
Shiv serves as an advisor on growth equity investments in Indian companies across a wide range of sectors including consumer, healthcare, technology, business services, and financials.
NVP India investments that Shiv has been involved with include Celebal Technologies, Duroflex, Five Star Finance, Infinx, Indusind Bank, RBL Bank, SILA, SK Finance, Snowman Logistics, Thyrocare, and Veritas Finance.
Prior to re-joining NVP in 2019, Shiv spent a year with Edelweiss’ Private Equity Business where he led their investment in Sapphire Foods.
Prior to this, Shiv was with NVP for 9 years.
Shiv started his career with Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division where he worked in New York, London, and Mumbai over a 3 year period.
Shiv obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Oberlin College.
