Sean Collidge, aged 61, is the founder director of the Company and was
appointed Chief Executive on the Company’s flotation on the London Stock
Exchange on 25 July 1994.
He was appointed Executive Chairman of the
Company on 1 April 2003.
Between 1979 and 1987 he was a main board
director of Millet Leisure Shops PLC and Chief Executive of two overseas
subsidiaries.
From 1990 to 1993 he was Managing Director of The Mark
Birkbeck Group, which operated the Jumpers chain of shops.
