Mr. Williams was a Director of European Union Center from 2001 to 2005, Overseas Private Investment Corporation from 1989 to 1991, Japan-America Society from 1980 to 1994, Benham Companies from 1998 to 2001 and Inter-Pacific Bar Association from 1992 to 2000.
He was a Member of Asia Pacific Economic Council.
Mr. Williams received a BA from Princeton College in 1968 and a JD from Harvard Law School in 1971.
