Mr. Rogers is responsible for identifying private equity and distressed debt opportunities, in addition to long and short equity investments.
He was formerly in the Transaction Services Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he specialized in due diligence and analysis of acquisitions and industry consolidations, primarily for leveraged buyout firms.
Mr. Rogers graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southern Methodist University in 1998 with a BBA in Finance.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of AIMR and the Dallas Society of Financial Analysts.
