Prior to joining Stark in 2004, Mr. Dow practiced as a clinical pharmacologist and clinical professor with the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics system, and was a staff clinical pharmacist with Aurora Health Care in Milwaukee.
Mr. Dow received a law degree from Marquette University and a doctorate in clinical pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
