Prior to joining VSS in 2006, Mr. Hinkle worked at Brown Brothers Harriman where he focused on sourcing, executing and monitoring certain portfolio companies of the firm's 1818 Funds.
He was also actively involved in providing merger & acquisition and financial advisory services in the technology, telecommunications and healthcare industries.
Prior to joining BBH, Mr. Hinkle worked as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers in their Global Healthcare Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
He received a B.S.
in Business Administration and Accounting from the Williams School of Commerce at Washington and Lee University where he graduated with honors in 2001.
