As co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, Roger Kjensrud oversees and drives the technology vision of Estalea.

Before Impact Radius, Roger served as director of engineering at Commission Junction, an online pay-for-performance advertising provider.
Prior to that he served as engineering manager at ITT Industries (NYSE: ITT) in the Advanced Engineering & Sciences (AES) division.
Roger also has senior engineering experience from Stanford Telecommunications, Inc. working on various digital communications projects for NASA. In 1996 he co-founded Active Internet Marketing, an e-commerce software solutions company, and headed the company’s IT functions.
Roger earned his bachelor of science and masters of science degrees in electrical engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Prior to that he earned a bachelor of science degree in telecommunications from Gjøvik College of Engineering, Norway.
