The Group operates as two business segments through two wholly-owned subsidiaries, PRB Oil and Gas Inc a Colorado corporation, a gas and oil exploitation and it include developing and producing natural gas from CBM wells and PRB Gathering Inc a Colorado corporation, a Gas Gathering and Processing and it provide owns and operates gas gathering and processing systems. The Group operates in Wyoming, Colorado and Nebraska.
