He focuses on developing investment opportunities in the media, manufacturing and commercial services throughout Central and Eastern Europe.
From 1990-93, Mr Conn was a manager at CAL where he led several major privatizations and a number of restructuring projects for Polish enterprises.
Previously, Mr Conn worked with Bain & Company and British Sugar in the UK.
Mr Conn holds a Masters Degree (1st Class Honors) in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College, London University.
