Prior to joining Mackie Research Capital Asset Management in 2010, Mr. LeSourd formed J.F.
Mackie & Company Ltd.
Before that he served as Vice President and Director of Royal Bank Action Direct Inc., the discount brokerage arm of the Royal Bank of Canada.
Prior to his Head Office appointment, Mr. LeSourd was Regional Vice President, Prairies & NWT for Royal Bank Action Direct Inc. Additional positions held within the Royal Bank include, Manager Service & Operations and Manager Planning & Market Development for South Calgary and various Branch Manager positions for the Bank in Calgary.
Mr. LeSourd currently serves as a Director of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada
Mr. LeSourd graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Finance with a minor in Applied Science
