He also founded The Mixing Bowl as forum for thought exchange on how IT can be applied to food and ag.
Rob leverages 15 years in mobile/internet/telecom VC having worked at Swisscom Ventures, SK Telecom Ventures, Nokia Growth Partners (now NGP Capital) and Nokia Venture Partners (now BlueRun Ventures).
Prior to his days in VC, he worked at DIRECTV & DC-based think-tank CSIS.
He also founded the non-profit Corporate Innovators Huddle; chairs the board of SF-based non-profit Full Circle Fund; is an Advisor Cal Poly’s College of Ag, Food & Environmental Sciences, the UC Davis Innovation Institute for Food & Health, US Farmers & Ranchers Alliance, Mista Foods, and is a member of the Farm Foundation’s Program Committee.
He splits his time between Menlo Park and Pescadero, CA.
