Rickard joined SEB Venture Capital in 2004.
He has worked with the SEB Group since 1980 (apart from three years for another Banking Group) and has been involved in leasing, project financing, international financing, shipping and restructuring of companies.
He lived and worked with banking in London for twelve years.
Before he joined SEB Venture, he was a Client Executive with responsibility on a global scale for restructuring of companies.
Rickard lived in Brazil and worked for the Swedish Trade Council.
Rickard received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Lund in 1975.
