Mr. Rick T.
Hummell, II MBA, is a Principal at Advantage Capital Partners.
Mr. Hummell joined Advantage Capital Partners in 2011 after building an impressive banking and lending career with a number of regional banks.
He has held leadership positions as Executive Vice President at both Missouri State Bank and Mark Twain Bank.
Most recently, he served as President and CEO of two banks, WestBridge Bank & Trust and Concord Bank, where he was hired to effect significant changes in corporate strategies.
At Advantage Capital, he helps to manage the firm's rapidly expanding guaranteed lending business, BizCapital, and supervises other initiatives to grow the firm's overall platform.
Mr. Hummell has been very active as a member of several civic commissions, including the City of Clayton Economic Development Commission and the City of Clayton TIF Commission.
He has also served as an elected Board Member of the Clayton School District.
Mr. Hummell graduated summa cum laude from Indiana University, where he received his M.B.A.
He received a B.S.
magna cum laude in Business Administration from Drake University.
