Mr. Richard Gwilliam is a Head of Property Research at M&G Investment Management Ltd.
He is responsible for the overall direction of property research within M&G Real Estate, including the analysis of the UK and global property markets, the formation of in-house views, and determination of strategic recommendations for the funds under management.
He has fifteen years of analysis and research experience within property investment.
He sits on the Research Steering Group of the Investment Property Forum.
Prior to joining M&G Real Estate in 2006, he spent three years at IPD (now MSCI).
He is a former committee member and honorary treasurer of the Society of Property Researchers.
