Before Lutheran, he was a Chief Operating Officer of the Investment Counseling Group for Loomis, Sayles & Company from 1999 to 2001 and Senior Manager of the Finance Business Solutions Consulting Group for Arthur Anderson LLP from 1997 to 1999.
Mr. Demyan was Chief Operating Officer and a Partner of Dillon Capital Management from 1993 to 1997 and Management and Internal Consultant for Loomis, Sayles & Company, Ernst & Young and Dayton Public Schools from 1983 to 1992.
Mr. Demyan earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Dayton and a BSBA in Marketing from The Ohio State University.
