Ralph has over 30 years senior financial and general management experience with General Electric, Honeywell and developing early stage electronics technology companies, and subsequently has worked in Private Equity for the last 20 years.
Ralph joined Nova in 2005 as an Investment Partner responsible for the CIPI portfolio which was fully realised in 2013.
He now acts as a consultant to the firm supporting our investment in Sterling Thermal Technology.
